HomeGoods International Marketplace Ltd. provides SkyBox services to help customers in Trinidad & Tobago shop from eligible retailers in the United States and Europe and receive their purchases locally.

SkyBox Shipping & Handling Rates

Our SkyBox shipping and handling rate is:

TT$60 per pound

This rate includes customs clearance, making international shopping more convenient and straightforward.

Processing Fees

The following processing fees apply:

  • 1 item: TT$50 processing fee.

  • 2 or more items: TT$25 flat processing fee.

Customs Clearance

Customs clearance is included in the SkyBox shipping and handling rate of TT$60 per pound. Customers do not need to arrange a separate customs clearance payment for eligible purchases covered by this service.

SkyBox Membership

SkyBox membership is completely FREE. Members can access our international shopping and shipping service with local customer support.

Local Delivery Charges

Once your package arrives in Trinidad & Tobago, you can choose from the following options:

  • Arima: Free local delivery.

  • Outside Arima: TT$25–TT$35, depending on delivery location.

Customers may also arrange to collect their packages in Arima.

Product Eligibility

Not every product may qualify for SkyBox shipping. Eligibility can vary depending on the product and shipping requirements.
